What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter: company name, contact name, email, phone, city, the products and volume you are interested in, your preferred delivery week and your message.

Why

We use these details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you order, to arrange the delivery. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We may share the necessary order details with suppliers and transport companies when this is needed to prepare a quote or deliver an order.

How long

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing order@biostarfresh.com.
